Supplier Invoice Payments — Global Wires, TT & Alipay
Pay supplier invoices anywhere: international wire (TT) or Alipay for suppliers in China.
Supplier invoice payments, done properly.
Send us the invoice and we pay it. For most suppliers that's a global wire (telegraphic transfer, or TT) straight to their bank account; for suppliers in China who prefer it, we can also settle through Alipay. Every payment carries your invoice number so the supplier can match it.
What you get
Global wires (TT)
SWIFT telegraphic transfers to supplier bank accounts worldwide, usually sent the same business day.
Alipay for China
Pay Chinese suppliers who receive through Alipay, in yuan, without them needing a foreign bank account.
Invoice reference on every payment
Your invoice or PO number travels with the payment, so it's matched on arrival.
Proof of payment
Written confirmation and the wire reference (MT103 details on request) for your supplier and your books.

Questions
What is a TT payment?
TT stands for telegraphic transfer — an international bank wire sent over SWIFT. It is the standard way suppliers ask to be paid, and we send it straight to their bank account.
Can you pay my supplier in China through Alipay?
Yes, for suppliers in China who accept Alipay. Share the supplier's Alipay details and the invoice; we quote the yuan amount and confirm once it is paid.
Can my supplier get proof the money was sent?
Yes. We send written confirmation with the wire reference as soon as the payment goes out, and can provide the SWIFT payment details your supplier's bank may ask for.
Is Diplomat Exchange licensed?
Yes. Diplomat Exchange Inc. is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Service Business under MSB number M23907027, and follows Canadian record-keeping and reporting requirements on every transaction.
