How much better than the bank is your rate?
Typically 1.5 to 2 percent better on CAD/USD, depending on the amount. On a 50,000 dollar exchange that is usually 750 to 1,000 dollars kept rather than paid away inside the spread.

What identification do I need?
One piece of valid government photo identification for most transactions. Larger amounts require proof of source of funds — a bank statement, sale document or similar — which we confirm when quoting.
How long does an international wire take?
Wires sent before the afternoon cut-off usually arrive within one business day, and within two for less common corridors. You receive written confirmation with the transaction reference.
Can I buy or sell gold and silver?
Yes. Bullion is quoted by phone because the metals market moves through the day, and settled by cheque with receipt, EFT, or cash by prior arrangement.
