- Articles or certificate of incorporation and your business number
- Government photo ID for each director or authorized signing officer
- The names of beneficial owners holding 25% or more, as FINTRAC requires
- A short description of your business and the payments you expect to make

Can you watch for a target rate for us?
Yes. Give your dealer the rate you'd like and the amount; we'll contact you when the market reaches it so you can book.
Is there a fee for the concierge service?
No separate fee. You are quoted off the interbank rate on each trade, and regular volume is priced individually.
Is Diplomat Exchange licensed?
Yes. Diplomat Exchange Inc. is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Service Business under MSB number M23907027, and follows Canadian record-keeping and reporting requirements on every transaction.
